Messy Church News

Messy Church has had a very successful year and it’s been really rewarding to see familiar faces attending each month, families having fun together and also seeing children and adults making new friends.

The Messy Church helpers have made it all possible and happily give their time to this ministry.  Their hard work and commitment is much appreciated as can be seen from this letter which we received recently.

Dear all involved with ‘Messy Church’

I am writing to express my delight and gratitude for a wonderful afternoon.  Charlotte, Ben and myself attended our first ever ‘Messy Church’.  I don’t know where to begin in telling you how much we enjoyed it.  I am amazed at all of the thought and effort that goes into a lovely afternoon for both children and adults.  The people I thanked seemed to shrug it off and insisted it was a team effort- wow! What a team!!. The details, care, attention and kindness has really overwhelmed me and left a lasting impression.  You all work so very hard to care and provide for others, you will be seeing us again!  Thanks so much.  P.S. Little ones tired and tucked up by 7.10pm!

Clare

From all of us at Messy Church we wish you a very ‘Messy Christmas’ and look forward to seeing you in the New Year for more messy fun, fellowship and worship.
